Standard production is 35 days from design approval to delivery, including shipping. Rush production is 25 days. Before that comes the design stage: we send a first mockup within 24 hours, then a physical sample you approve from photos and video before anything is knitted at volume.
Most companies brief us between August and October, which leaves comfortable time for design rounds and sample approval. For delivery before Christmas we need design approval by 10 November at the latest.
What is the minimum order quantity?

Can you match our brand colors?
Yes! We offer Pantone color matching to ensure your brand colors are reproduced accurately. Just provide your Pantone numbers or brand guidelines. We send you photos and a video of a physical sample for approval before anything goes into production.
What materials do you use?
All our Christmas Sweaters are made from recycled acrylic. They feel very soft and cozy, they are easy to wash and very comfortable to wear.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes. Our in-house design team provides free design assistance with every order. We'll help create the perfect custom Christmas sweater. If you already have an agency or in-house design team, we can take their design and make it manufacturable while you keep creative control.
What sizes are available?
We offer a full range of unisex sizes from XS to 5XL to ensure everyone on your team is included.
What files do you need for logos and images?
We accept logos in any format, including PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS and PDF. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) give the best results because they scale cleanly into a knitted pattern. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the highest resolution version you have and we will work from that.
How do revisions work?
We send you the design via email, you share simple feedback notes, and we apply updates. Every project includes one complimentary round of adjustments.
Can I add my own branded label?
Yes. Custom neck and internal labels are available and can carry your logo, brand name or care instructions. Both the Eurowings and IServ orders included custom labels.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Large orders arrive sorted and documented in numbered, labelled boxes with a packing list for every box.
