Yes, of course. Every client is assigned an account manager who will be happy to help - if you request a call / video chat - this is usually done the same day at a time that suits you.

Yes, you can include custom notes in the box. We usually use A5 or A6 cards with your logo on one side and note from the CEO, CMO or whoever you like. We don't include the name of the recipient on the custom note.

Yes - we ship everywhere. We send tens of thousands of boxes all over the world so we offer clear pricing and take care of all customs, charges, tariffs, etc. so the recipient doesn't get any hassle.

Yes, through our platform you can share a link where the recipient can enter their address and we'll send the box straight to them. It saves you an admin headache.

Yes - design is always free. Our design team can help you create cohesive branded swag box designs. We'll help select products, design custom packaging, create branded items and ensure everything aligns with your brand identity.

Yes. We can ship to as many addresses as you like - we ship in bulk and to individuals (including residential addresses).

Our minimum order for custom swag boxes is 50 boxes. For storage and shipping through the Merch Manager Platform, the average order should be a minimum of 10 boxes per month.

Yes - we have warehouses in Ireland and in the US where we store lots of merch for clients. You can easily check and send your stock levels through our platform.

Yes, of course. You can send us the swag you have and we'll store it and put it in your boxes if you like.

Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant. Recipient data is stored securely in the EU, used only for fulfilment and deleted 6 weeks after we've used it. A DPA is available.

Yes. Every box is hand-packed in our own warehouse, with quality checks before dispatch. We can also handle complex kitting — e.g., different items for different recipient tiers in the same shipment.

Storage is free for the first 6 months and there is a small charge after that. Most clients run through their stock every 6 months. An example charge is €1 per box per month (after the initial 6 months).

Yes. We can send you a sample box. Sample boxes are free - we don't add your logo until we're in production but if you're ordering a large number of boxes you can do an initial run of 50 to check you're happy with them.

Yes. We plant one tree for every item you make. Our products are made ethically. We are a certified B Corp.

You do. It's stored in our secure warehouse and we insure it. When you order it, we make it and store it but it's your stock.

Absolutely! You can choose from our curated collection of products or build your own custom box from scratch. Mix and match apparel, drinkware, office items, tech accessories, and eco-friendly products to create the perfect branded experience for your recipients.

We accept logos in any format. The following formats are fine AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and high-resolution JPG files. Vector files (AI, EPS) are preferred for the best quality on apparel and products. If you only have a low-resolution logo, our design team can often recreate or enhance it.

We send you the design via email, you share simple feedback notes, and we apply updates. There is no charge for adjustments.
